Dispatch had me standing out side for hr when the drive didn’t start his shift until 8
It’s the principle
I took a cab and was quoted $10. But then he said no it’s $12. I had to go in the house for the extras. Actually had to have my daughter go in her Christmas money and gave an extra $1. Last night I called and was left on hold for 12 minutes before “accidentally” being hung up on. I was told that in fact the ride was $10 and to call back today and speak to Nick or Bob and that they didn’t know the driver just the car number but Nick or Bob could look into it. Of course I was left on hold and they kept coming back but saying nothin. Putting me back on hold. Very annoying. So I hung up and called right back. And the gentleman said they were busy and then proceeded to say it was an extra $2 because I had my children with me. But the cab from my house to the store was the same amount, same amount of people. They do not give stipulation for number of riders or even ask how many people are with you and their ages. During a pandemic I understand people are pressed for money. A 1.7 mile ride cost me $13. NEVER USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN

I have been using this company for years…I’m from East Hampton as well as NYC… I’ve had only positive experiences with everyone from dispatch to driver’s…They have ALWAYS BEEN HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY WITH ME !!!! I would have no problem recommending to ALL OF MY CLIENTS .. I’m thankful for all that they have done for me … I’m very appreciative for there service…. Thank you….Melanie Tibbetts

Don’t EVER pay via app. ALWAYS pay in car
When it comes to getting rides, I’m usually never disappointed. They usually always come on time for me even if the app says “30 minutes” it’s usually always less than that. BUT never ever use the app to pay for your ride. They’ll take more than what’s owed. For example, a $12 ride costed me $20. And i still haven’t gotten my money back. So just pay in car. They take cash or card anyway.
