I canceled my taxi request and didn’t get a refund after paying almost 10 dollar when I usually pay 6 for the same location.
Driver Cursing
Today a driver for this app cursed at me for canceling a ride and i had no means of canceling it earlier because when you schedule ride there is no way of tracking it or cancelling it earlier. There was also no way to know who the specific driver was beside his phone number so i can’t even report him to their support services.

Los Tios is best taxi around
I’ve been living here for 35 years and I used a lot of different taxis on Long Island Western Suffolk and not one time has this taxi gave me an excuse, a problem, or has been late. I have called 10 mins before pick up and they always have someone there right away. Couple of the drivers are really cool and entertaining on the way. Special shoutout to Oliver, the man who plays the guitar, and the man with mother Mary on the dashboard, and a couple others.

i ordered a ride it said 28$ then the guy texts me saying its 50$ , scam & FAKE
