The last “update” is awful, organization in the App is terrible and why did you get rid of the bus schedules!? TBH this makes me never want to take public transit.

Unreliable at best

The best way I can describe the bus services for Suffolk is unreliable at best. They are never at the stop when they are scheduled to be meaning you will more than likely miss any transfer buses. Today I had 2 buses pass me completely without even attempting to stop potentially meaning I will lose my job.
