Unreliable at best
The best way I can describe the bus services for Suffolk is unreliable at best. They are never at the stop when they are scheduled to be meaning you will more than likely miss any transfer buses. Today I had 2 buses pass me completely without even attempting to stop potentially meaning I will lose my job.

After getting off the LIRR from Jamaica, I transfer to the Amityville 1 bus and it’s always a nightmare. The wait is ridiculous, the bus is constantly delayed, and there are way too many stops. I end up late for work almost every day. Suffolk County Transit really needs to step up their game.

This app gets me back and forth to work and now all of a sudden I can’t buy a ticket or even see my tickets
Convenient but bus+transfer tickets always expire before transfer!
My digital pass remained valid for the duration of my ride AND transfer only 1 time I bought it, each other time it’s kept expiring before the transfer, which is a frustrating waste of 25 cents. It’s a convenient way to get tickets for smartphone users but just buy single tickets with NO TRANSFER until this is fixed. If the expiry is strictly time-based, riders get penalized for (frequently) late buses!
