The app is pure garbage. “Your session expired” why is that a thing, I’ll never understand but no worries I saved my password but it doesn’t come up because it’s saved under “just ride” and not associated with this app but then you remembered this time so you search for it and it I puts your dumb password only to not be able to login.

Bought 2 tickets but it charged for 4
Some bug caused it to give me 4 one way tickets when I'd selected 2. At least I was able to refund them

Where is Sayville on the app, they literally don’t have it on the app anywhere.
Convenient
Fairly easy app to use, just put in where being picked up, then where you’re going. You do need to call for the water taxi. My only negative is that when first purchasing tickets you cannot put card info in until purchasing. I wanted my card in before purchased, but for some reason the app doesn’t allow. That’s frustrating when rushing to buy tickets. One other thing, definitely do not activate tickets until you’re ready to board, apparently tickets expire 29 minutes after activation.
