Don’t download absolutely awful. You complete the requirements for welcome offer but don’t receive the spins until after the time period when they expire. Tech support can’t help you, you would have thought they would want to keep customers and credit you the spins you lost. Especially for a technical error. The active bonus bar to show the percentage of completion of welcome offer didn’t work stay at 0%. There was nothing to indicate I had actually received my free spins. Absolutely awful. Will never download again

Really poor
This site is missing the basics. Starting with the app, it can't even login with Face ID. The app needs a new friendlier user interface.
There is no British or Irish racing but there is lots of American racing but zero breeders cup last weekend. I would have thought an all British casino app would have added British sports before American

Playing slots for 20-30 minutes and a popup arrives asking for a survey with no way to remove it without completing it mid-game.
10-20 minutes later another pop-up saying it's detected inactivity and logs out of the app. Happened twice
That's me gone. Enough is enough. This app and website appears to be the beginning of a work in progress and it's not a fun way to play when it doesn't work properly

Great casino
I’ve really enjoyed this casino. I don’t understand all the negative comments, there’s a great variety of slots, every time I’ve withdrawn it’s been in my bank within 10 minutes. Some people just can’t handle loosing. Would highly recommend this casino! It’s my new favourite

Used to be half decent but just lately they literally rob you blind and then blame the game providers but don’t do anything to check that the games are running correctly I’ve got one for all of you ask them about your rtp rate and I bet they can’t tell you little rats take your money elsewhere or these lot will just keep robbing you until you learn your lesson

Good casino, great support
Had a small issue with a withdrawal but it was quickly resolved by the great support. Having played on this app for a long time now I can fully comment that it is one of my favourite places to play at. I am not a massive gambler but I do believe you actually have a chance of winning at their slots, they seem to be far less greedy than the other sites! The selection of slots is easy to navigate and I also love the live dealer games. I will continue to use All British - recommended!
