Don’t download absolutely awful. You complete the requirements for welcome offer but don’t receive the spins until after the time period when they expire. Tech support can’t help you, you would have thought they would want to keep customers and credit you the spins you lost. Especially for a technical error. The active bonus bar to show the percentage of completion of welcome offer didn’t work stay at 0%. There was nothing to indicate I had actually received my free spins. Absolutely awful. There is no British or Irish racing but there is lots of American racing but zero breeders cup last weekend. I would have thought an all British casino app would have added British sports before American

Firstly, the app is god awful. You have to restart to play a different game. However this is the least of your worries.

I've played on quite a few different online casino’s and this isn't just one of the best, it is the best!
Great variation of different live table games, one of my favourite things about it is how quick the support team are with live chat, emails are also replied to very rapidly and fast withdrawals once you're verified.
My only piece of advice would be making people get verified before depositing funds to avoid any delay or confusion with the first withdrawal procedure.

THEY DO ANYTHING TO AVOID/ DELAY PAYMENT. My first withdrawal was ok as I was at a loss, but once I evened out my loss and try to withdraw, this is when the extremely intrusive questions asked. They asked for photos of the front and back of my card, evidence for transactions on my statements 3 months before withdrawal. Also this process happens over weeks in the hope that you’ll deposit again. It’s funny how I can’t withdraw but deposits are still accepted!!!
Secondly, the app is extremely broken, playing on live roulette the chips were being placed incorrectly, with insufficient time to undo the placement causing financial loss. Secondly when you click the support number the whole app crashes.

Worst app
Probably the worst app I’ve played when I comes to bugs and losses. In one clean run I deposited £80 within that time I received 2 bonuses with a total win back of around £3. When you play games you’ll be hit with server errors and game closures. William hill recently got fined for being found out. Hopefully these big companies get what’s coming to them.

Worst Casino App Out There
First of all I joined because of the alleged bonus that I was meant to get. I deposited a total of £950 to receive NO bonus initially. I then had to chase them where I had a partial cash back applied. I was then told I had to send bank statements, pictures of my card and utility bills to prove my identity. They claimed my IP address was linked to another account which is impossible since no one else in my household gambles. Eventually after 3/4 days I was told I’m not entitled to the welcome bonus. Steer clear since they even advise you to use the website and not the app. I would stick with traditional outlets such as William Hill, Ladbrokes etc since they actually pay out and are true to their word. This bunch seem like thieves since I’ve never heard of someone needing your front and back card details.

I like the 10% cash back bonus, which imo is better than any deposit bonus because it is not subject to any wagering. I have said no as it’s beyond a joke and intrusive and they say my funds will not be released…
so they have now stole my £1000.
I hate Iv had to give this 1 star…I want to give it minus 100 stars. This site is a joke, they are disgusting and I desperately advice all of you to STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!
All I can do now is further warn gamers through all channels possible.

Welcome Bonus = legal scam
I spent my deposit but then turned my bonus £50 into £300 I asked how to convert the bonus into cash and was told to had to bet 35 times my welcome bonus. I thought I just had to bet 35 times. Which means to win anything from my welcome bonus I had to turn £50 into more than £1750!! Or 35 times whatever you put in. The welcome bonus is a legalised scam if this is why you’re signing up then don’t!!!
