Junk mail
All In can send me all kinds of junk mail, but I have been waiting since March to get my debit card. It seems that it’s an impossible task. I’ve been a member for over 20 years. I think three months is a long time to wait for a debit card. I’ve been patient and I’ve heard every excuse under the sun. Yet I receive every insurance mortgage advertisement propaganda request, but they can’t manage to give me my debit card. They’re all in.

Love this bank and the banking app, only this I wishes that direct deposit would come 2 days early besides that everything is Perfect!
Decent
I used to love the app its simplicity was always nice and easy to check your bank account. They keep doing updates and adding more and more and changing things in the app it’s honestly just overall a worse app now which I is why I’m writing this review I don’t want to go thru hoops and bounds to check a number

Annoying
Being asked to give the app a rating each time I log in is annoying, especially after I already gave a rating.
Tired of the review questions
I have reviewed the app with stars multiple times and it keeps coming up every time I open the app.
Service
The staff of Army Aviation Federal CU have forgotten who built this CU. Again greed has taken over. Other institutions CUs expanded to other customers without forgetting who built their CU. Service sucks, but you can get coffee and stand in line to cash a check or do you banking.

No Way to log in for the first time
When attempting to log in for the first time, you add your username & password, then get the option to receive an otp. You receive it, but there is no screen for you to enter it in🙈.
Passwords complications..
I had called regarding the fact it wouldn’t let me in my account with all the right credentials, the lady who I was otp with was so calm and helped me out greatly
