I joined the membership and only used the wash twice - one of which the dryer didn’t work and the owner/support didn’t get back to me for several days. Decided the punchcard-style plan is a better fit. But there’s no way to cancel the membership the app. Went to delete my card - no way to delete a card. Went to the messages - messages are one way. Seems a bit questionable business practices to me…

Location moved from Winfield IN without notice. The app has no way to cancel the membership
They move the location without any prior notice. There’s no way to cancel the membership in the app. Very disappointing. Feels like a scam.
Great app!
App is easy to navigate, I showed up, checked in and got to grooming really fast. Kiosk had no issues connecting to my app at all either!

Want to setup an account? “Oops”. That’s all it says, no explanation, nothing. Try again, “oops” and over and over.

Can’t cancel
I loved this idea and took advantage of the great deal for the membership but when I needed to cancel there is no way to do that! I’ve emailed and called with no response so note I’ve paid for several months that I even use it. I weep not be recommending this to anyone!!!
Charged three times
I was so excited for the membership via the app. Now my card has been charged three times , the app gave me an error message when I tried to use the pet wash (I have a screen shot so you can use the error to trouble shoot) and then had to pay another $20 out of pocket for the pet wash because I still had to bathe my doggie. It would be great if someone could reach out to me to fix the issue because I can’t seem to find customer service . Thanks much !

Didn’t work
Didn’t work even after restarting phone. And following directions. Kept saying declined even though there is $45 on my acct.

Paying $20 and then driving your dog to the machine, just for it not to connect to the app and having to turn around and go home without bathing him is frustrating.

I’ve had a credit on my account for months and every time I’ve attempted to use it it WILL NOT WORK.

Impossible to cancel it seems
Works fine for when you need it. But I have decided I no longer need the membership and cannot find a way to cancel my membership.
Works only occasionally
Only sometimes is able to connect to the machine in the dog wash which is the only way to use my wash club washes. Tried to follow their instructions on troubleshooting and now can’t even log back in.
No way to cancel or remove cc info
This is a very difficult app and service to get out of. There is no way online or on the app to cancel your membership or remove you CC info
Wait times (there is none)
I wish there was a way for you to see if a location is currently open and not in use! I have tried using one of their locations a few times but every time I go it’s always in use and have waited 30+min before I gave up and left. I like to concept of this pet wash but oooiiieee it is frustrating to try and get it when it’s available

App did work at the pet tub in Paragould AR. Tried getting a refund form the owner of the pet tub. I was blocked from the Facebook page. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE APP OR THE BUSINESS
