Unable to load tickets
About to set off to all points east but now showing I’m a bot and unable to access tickets. Been trying for 2 hours so far

The artist I want to see was announced days ago but no update for stage or time slot or acknowledgement at all on the app of them being there despite it being mere days away. Not expecting to even find out before the fact anymore

Confusing
Got tickets from DICE… DICE sends me here to this app. Tells me to log on and get tickets. I keep on going in circles to places offering tickets to buy. Bit tired of these engines for ticket purchasing. I honestly just want to buy a ticket and receive it rather than installing 500 apps and going in circles like an idiot

Awful UX/UI design
Well this isn’t going well. I literally cannot find the ‘My tickets’ bit of the app. If it’s there it’s really well hidden. I bought my ticket on Dice. I have the email from Dice saying the ticket is on the APE app, and I can find it under ‘My tickets’, but there is no such section, and nowhere for me to log in.

there is no where to login, no where to find my tickets. The least helpful app ever. Purchase email says one thing but whatever they tell you to do is not on this app whatsoever!

i bought my ticket off an app called DICE and i can’t find where to log in because the help is telling me to go to my tickets to log in but i can’t find that without logging in and i reinstalled the app 3 times
Cleo Sol fake timetable
The official schedule announced that Cleo Sol, Sault, and Chronixx would perform on the main stage between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm. Based on this information, I arranged my arrival accordingly, even though I had work commitments, and reached the festival site at 7:40 pm. To my surprise, Chronixx was already performing at that time. After his set, two unrelated artists appeared on stage after around 9:00 pm, at which point, since there was no further schedule provided. I assumed the festival had ended and I had missed the main acts, so I went home completely upset.
Only later I did learn that Cleo Sol and Sault in fact performed afterwards. This was extremely disappointing and unacceptable, as we specifically bought my ticket to see these artists and missed them entirely due to the inaccurate and misleading schedule provided by the festival.
Moreover, the schedule for the main stage on the All Point East app was adjusted after the concert as originally appeared to be 5-9pm and magically then was extended till 11pm - only after the event!

Won’t let me log in
This app is very difficult to use I have changed my password twice because it won’t let me login. I can’t access my account to get my ticket not sure what to do.
Absolutely shocking
Most annoyingly designed app in existence. Completely useless. Couldn’t be worse if they designed it deliberately to be as irritating as humanly possible.
Can’t sell tickets due to app design
I have two tickets for an event I’m unable to attend, and I am trying to sell them in the app (the only way to do so). The iOS keyboard is covering the “Continue” button and cannot be dismissed, so you cannot proceed and you cannot sell the tickets. Did anyone test this?

Why do I have to download an app for every bloody thing? Can I not just have physical tickets, or at least have them on my email anymore? Screw whoever came up with this idea and screw you , all points east!
All the info on All Points East
Really good App, set times and interactive site map are really useful for planning the day at the festival.
Only criticism is the tickets within the app, not sure why this is needed when they are in my AXS app and this app just requires me to log in to my account to access, where they are just accessible in the other app.
