Confusing

Got tickets from DICE… DICE sends me here to this app. Tells me to log on and get tickets. I keep on going in circles to places offering tickets to buy. Bit tired of these engines for ticket purchasing. I honestly just want to buy a ticket and receive it rather than installing 500 apps and going in circles like an idiot

The app lags and displays constant errors. I can’t sign in even after changing password

Awful UX/UI design

Well this isn’t going well. I literally cannot find the ‘My tickets’ bit of the app. If it’s there it’s really well hidden. I bought my ticket on Dice. I have the email from Dice saying the ticket is on the APE app, and I can find it under ‘My tickets’, but there is no such section, and nowhere for me to log in.

there is no where to login, no where to find my tickets. The least helpful app ever. Purchase email says one thing but whatever they tell you to do is not on this app whatsoever!

i bought my ticket off an app called DICE and i can’t find where to log in because the help is telling me to go to my tickets to log in but i can’t find that without logging in and i reinstalled the app 3 times
