What a faff!
I agree with the other poor reviews of this App. It’s needlessly convoluted and frustrating. It seems that whatever you set as a password you’ll have to reset it for the App to recognise it. Seriously, be better.

Difficult and Ridiculous
The way to access tickets through this app is absolutely ridiculous the simple way of sending a PDF or giving a simple QR code is beyond description. I feel sorry for anybody having to use this method via App to see the tickets they spend money on to go to the venue. Avoid avoid avoid daffodil
Terrible App
Purchased tickets from another site and had to download this POS app to get the actual E tickets. App downloaded, had to change passwords numerous times as it didn’t recognise them, and 3 days after purchasing tickets…… gig still not showing in “upcoming events”
