Useless data harvesting app
This app is useless. There is no purpose to each venue having their own app.
I bought a ticket to a gig at Brixton and was forced to download this app, plus force all the people I was attending with to download it as well. Then I had to log in twice (once to register an O2 account, then login to Ticketmaster). Then I had transfer each person their individual ticket.
There is no value to this and it’s a waste of time. I just wanted to get into a show.
Can they just go back to a pdf or at worst one app from the ticket seller?

Just does not work
Impossible to link with Gigs and Tours. Absolutely pointless app
Pointless app
Stupid pointless app. I had to download it in order to move my ticketmaster tickets over. Even though I already had access to them. After attempting to login I was met with “suspicious activity” messages and been told my ticketmaster access will permanently close unless I upload photos of my ID and face. Ridiculous, pointless, stupid, waste of time app. Do not download it, just use the Ticketmaster app at the event, I’m sure most other people still are

E-ticket doesn’t download, customer service is non existent and avoid see tickets too

the app doesn’t show my tickets and everytime I try to email u can’t it so useless and a joke
