Had to download a pointless App instead of receiving pdf or apple wallet tickets.
Endless aggravation. Missing tickets, no customer service, no “add order number” search.

Tickets
I bought my tickets in December for a Christmas gift. It never came through. It’s the day of the gig and the tickets still haven’t come through. I’ve messaged them and emailed them.

Very easy to use, fast and intuitive
Appalling
Frustrating and unreliable. Always seems to have a problem - incl not allowing the resale of f tickets!!! Eventim designs everything for itself, zero regard for customer service. Fansale is even worse than the main app. Loved the Apollo venue for two decades but I’m never buying again.
The illusion of choice
Ah yes, a whole app - full of tracking, notification requests and other fluff - just to show tickets. Perhaps Apple could create a native, unified way of showing barcodes? Oh, they do?
And the worst part is it doesn’t even load when you’re at the venue!
Hate that they pretend this is the customer’s preferred way to get tickets and that we had choice in the matter. Nobody wants your app, Eventim.
