Pointless app
Stupid pointless app. I had to download it in order to move my ticketmaster tickets over. Even though I already had access to them. After attempting to login I was met with “suspicious activity” messages and been told my ticketmaster access will permanently close unless I upload photos of my ID and face. Ridiculous, pointless, stupid, waste of time app. Do not download it, just use the Ticketmaster app at the event, I’m sure most other people still are

E-ticket doesn’t download, customer service is non existent and avoid see tickets too

Won’t let me connect my Ticketmaster tickets
Got sent an email week before a gig saying you must have this app to get your tickets even though they are already in my wallet from when I bought them. Got app stalled on get my tickets. Had to remove and start again. Then registered then couldn’t link my Ticketmaster account just a blank window. Went back into the ticket master app click to view my tickets. They are the same ones already in my wallet. Are you purposely making this app un usable to keep the monopoly?

Difficult to log in
If you don’t log out on your pc/imac zero chance of using the app.
Useless
Completely unnecessary app, the combo with Ticketmaster makes its usage hellish. I just hope DICE takes over everything. Shame on whoever thought this was a good system

Completely ridiculous to have to use this app and also transfer tickets to individuals, so many hoops just to get into a venue with tickets you’ve already bought. App crashes when trying to transfer tickets
NO TICKETS - Less than 1 week before gig
NO TICKETS - Less than 1 week before gig and no tickets displayed. Automated service sends you in circles. Between SeeTickets/Eventim, TicketMaster & O2 Academy (Newcastle) there’s no link up and I’m chasing my tail. No one to phone. No one to email. ABSOLUTELY shocking
All I can do is keep requesting Order Confirmation emails from SeeTickets and follow the links in the email

Can’t access the App as one time pass code never arrives. Useless.
Manipulative download
Sent text ( no permissions to use my number ) tell me I would be refused entry if I didn’t use the app. It’s a rigged system to get people to download. You don’t need to and the venue is data farming you.
Can’t even get on the app
App won’t open on my phone - I’ve spent the last hour trying to get in the app - when can’t venue issue tickets via email
Ticketmaster Bad
I specifically chose NOT to purchase my tickets through Ticketmaster, only to be forced to download this app and create a ticketmaster account, which required my email, phone number and postcode to set up. This was the only way to see the tickets I bought through a different vendor.
Make it difficult to access tickets
Getting hold of your tickets on these apps is a joke especially when you book through a different app

I bought tickets from Ticketmaster and was asked to download this app to access the tickets. As I already have an account with Ticketmaster, I tried to login to the app, yet their one-time code never came up in my email.
