Doesn’t always work
I have been paying for it to record multiple phone calls. It doesn’t always work, and it is very frustrating because some of the phone calls never appear on the list of recorded phone calls even though I did call their recording number. As a reporter this has a big impact on my work, I’ve lost interviews that I’m never getting back. I have emailed support multiple times and they never get back to me.
