Failed Me

I bought this app to record an important phone call. After testing it a few times I set up the call and it went almost an hour long and when I hung there was no recording at all. Nothing showed up next to the test recordings. I triple checked that I had done everything correctly following the instructions and I did. I’m very unhappy and displeased by this. I would give zero stars if I could. And there is seemingly no way to contact anyone at the app to ask why this happened or if they have the recording. If there is and they do then this would change everything but as it stands I would never use this app again and never recommend it to another person.
