Terrible customer service

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience was very disappointing. I made a mistake with my order and tried reaching out multiple times for help, but nobody ever responded or got back to me. On top of that, I received the wrong order and was offered no refund, exchange, or solution. Customer service and communication are extremely important, especially when issues happen, and unfortunately this company completely ignored the situation. I can’t recommend ordering from here based on my experience.
