I’m sure many of these gripes are indeed true because I also got sent the wrong item. I ordered 3 jackets from here. One was wrong and they replaced it. All the while letting me keep the wrong one. That was commendable. Now all of the negative comments on here I can’t condone. But me personally, was taken care of.

Terrible customer service
I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience was very disappointing. I made a mistake with my order and tried reaching out multiple times for help, but nobody ever responded or got back to me. On top of that, I received the wrong order and was offered no refund, exchange, or solution. Customer service and communication are extremely important, especially when issues happen, and unfortunately this company completely ignored the situation. I can’t recommend ordering from here based on my experience.
