Terrible customer service
I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience was very disappointing. I made a mistake with my order and tried reaching out multiple times for help, but nobody ever responded or got back to me. On top of that, I received the wrong order and was offered no refund, exchange, or solution. Customer service and communication are extremely important, especially when issues happen, and unfortunately this company completely ignored the situation. I can’t recommend ordering from here based on my experience.

I ordered two pair of shoes January 10th and have not received them yet and it’s January 20th I try contacting you guys on the website and no one has reached out yet bro

They have horrible customer service and I never got my package that I ordered from January and I’m still having problems with an order before then. They always place me on a hold and never get back to me and I spent over 200$ here. I will not ever shop here again. Please read reviews online and here do not fall for their tricks. THIS SHOP IS A SCAM!!
Im begging you all to check trust pilot before buying from here. They sent me the wrong order and I’ve been trying for weeks to get it exchanged. They have no return process so you have to email support. I’ve gotten responses that make absolutely no sense and have yet to get a refund or even the steps to process the exchange and it has been weeks. Did some digging and apparently people have had the exact same problem. Do not buy from them!
