Great app, fast and convenient pickup

It has better rates than uber/lyft. Car was very clean and they accept cash payments.

must STOP LOUD RADIO!

why cant driver put speaker radio to front, They play the prayers in hindu or indian radio loud! I dont mind it if they would keep volume low or switch speakers to front for there enjoyment. I think as a paying customer I deserve a quiet ride after a long day at work

Dissatisfied

Don’t believe the times they give you. Half the time drivers are taking fares before they’re finished the one they have, so you’ll be waiting an extra 10 mins for them. Also there is supposed to be a 20% discount on your fare when you use the app but some of the drivers use the regular meter instead of the app so you end up paying full price for your ride

Very bad

Very bad service. Never take seriously customer care. Always saying taxi coming even no car accept the order. Very bad experience. I worked for this company. Drivers are nice but dispatchers are always customer in dark.
