Great App
Very smooth and easy to use.
No point
I wanted to support local but United made it hard. I pre-booked a trip as I needed to be at point B at a certain time. No where when you pre-book does it warn you a driver may not be available. Even when checking says “en route” then says “checking for drivers”. Used Uber.
Lousy
It rarely connects with the drivers and forces me to call dispatch. I have stopped using it because it’s unreliable. Why can’t I get a driver through it without having to call? This is why I used the competition.
Confusing app
I pre booked a pickup a day before. App took payment but did not list the ride. Instead it listed onto the active ride list which initiated an immediate pick up and not the desired time the day after. Had to call the taxi company twice to confirm my ride has been properly booked. I will not trust the app again.

Can not create account
Using iPhone 10 and cant even create an account. Would like to use your service through App to get the discounts. Fix please.
