Great App
Very smooth and easy to use.
No point
I wanted to support local but United made it hard. I pre-booked a trip as I needed to be at point B at a certain time. No where when you pre-book does it warn you a driver may not be available. Even when checking says “en route” then says “checking for drivers”. Used Uber.
Lousy
It rarely connects with the drivers and forces me to call dispatch. I have stopped using it because it’s unreliable. Why can’t I get a driver through it without having to call? This is why I used the competition.
Confusing app
I pre booked a pickup a day before. App took payment but did not list the ride. Instead it listed onto the active ride list which initiated an immediate pick up and not the desired time the day after. Had to call the taxi company twice to confirm my ride has been properly booked. I will not trust the app again.

Can not create account
Using iPhone 10 and cant even create an account. Would like to use your service through App to get the discounts. Fix please.

Completely pointless app created the account wouldn’t let me order a cab
Then next time won’t even let me log into the app so what’s the point of having this up if it’s completely useless I think I’ll just stick with calling seems how that is the only way to actually get a cab

Hard time getting cabs. It is aways looking but never any cabs.
United Taxi
This app is so badly done I can’t believe the poor quality. I have tried to use it many time without success.
It changes my address and the time I need a cab. It’s caused me much aggravation. It’s quite worthless.

Doesnt work
Tried many times. Just says searching for adress, you cant type it in and it wont find anything. Something about too many api key queries or something

It’s stopped working for me I’ve called and tried to fix it but it still doesn’t work and they don’t have any Ideas or troubleshooting
Handy but random errors
While it can be very handy sometimes, I frequently get a random error after entering an address stating something like “too many queries have been submitted for this API key” and it won’t accept the address... even when completely valid and an address I had entered previously. So then I have to call and get cheated out of the $2 discount offer.
Just today I tried to book and was told the address (again when ch is valid and has been used previously) was outside of the company’s service area... when I called this was not correct, they booked me a taxi by phone, but again was cheated out of the discount offer!
The phone rep was unable to tell me what the issue was.

Good app. Worst cab company ever
Do not use the app for out-of-town bookings
I used the app to book a taxi from Waterloo to Pearson Airport. The taxi did not show up, so I called the regular phone number. I was advised not to use the app for out-of-town bookings. It seems the app works for in-town bookings just fine.
Works great
This is much better than calling. It's easy, fast and on a busy taxi day it's much faster than calling.
