Advertised price was $11.99 per month and the actual cost is $24.00 per month. Limited selection and website is difficult to navigate (the search at is hidden at the bottom of the page). Limited options: couldnāt find the books I wanted so I decided to cancel, but thereās no information about cancelling on any of the pages. This is, by far, the worst possible option for books and audiobooks on the internet today. I signed up for a free trail hoping to find some modern books to enjoy. Upon accessing the site, I first noticed how clunky it is to navigate. The search option is TERRIBLE and requires scrolling all the way down the screen. The book selection is lacking, to say the least. Most of the modern books arenāt even complete books. Theyāre just poorly written summaries. There are plenty of classics on the app, but most of those can be found for free in the public domain. At $25/month, this awful service feels like theft. There is no direct way to cancel. You have to reach out to customer support (if you can even call it support) to get the link. If you cancel, you IMMEDIATELY lose access to everything, even if youāve already paid for the full month. They cancel your account then and there, not 30 days from your last payment date. Donāt even bother reaching out to support either, because the only reply youāll get is some corporate nonsense that sounds like it was written by an AI. They donāt allow refunds for partial service. Stay as far away from this horrible platform as possible. Youāre much better off using something like Audible or Everand. OverDrive and Libby are free options if you have a library card. This company needs to be sued out of existence. Iāll be reporting the charges they snuck in after signing me up for a monthly subscription without my direct consent. HORRIBLE.

Do not get this app. There is no way to cancel your subscription and there is no way to search for books by titles. Worst app Iāve ever gotten.

This sight appears to be legit but doesnāt have any of the audio books or ebooks they advertise. I have also been trying to cancel my subscription for the past year reaching out to them 18 times without any success. Iāve reported them to my bank and Apple. Donāt get scammed!

Terrible app and misleading scam. I signed up for a āfree trialā - instantly got charged $1USD to use it. They have the crappiest selection of old books and the app is hard to use properly. I couldnāt find the cancellation through the website or the app - it is hidden so they can charge people for the full $24.99USD subscription that they canāt get out of. I asked for refund and they have refused. Total scam - AVOID this app.

itās so expensive trying to take Ā£18 from my bank so i tried to cancel but canāt see where to cancel it from. when asked support iāve received nothing back at all.
Guide: How to cancel your sub
Go into a browser where you are logged in and type allyoucanbooks.com/cancel and then scroll down and confirm you want to cancel your sub. Then never make the mistake of signing up with them again. Nothing I downloaded worked and the book I tried to read on their online reader was literally just a long summary. Think I'll stick to audible.

I signed up for the free trial and realized they didn't have the book I wanted so I immediately cancelled. A month later I see a $35 charge...
When I reached out to customer service they were entirely unhelpful, I tried explaining my situation but they said they don't provide refunds as their policy. It's completely unreasonable to not provide a refund when something went wrong on their end!

App is extremely clunky and hard to use. Not worth the money, most book listings are trash, zero customer service! Audible is way better and cheaper
Unresponsive Support and Unauthorized Charges
Do not download this app. I was charged $72 this month for a subscription I do not use. I have contacted support multiple times via email requesting cancellation and received no response. Despite this, they continue to charge me. Very frustrating experience and poor customer service.

Thereās no clear cancellation option on the website or app, which is a huge red flag. The site is also not user friendly. Even the search bar is buried at the bottom of the page.

DONāT DO THE TRIAL
First of all you canāt even type in to search books, you just have to ābrowseā aka scroll forever through their genres until you find one you like. I was looking for specifics so I didnāt have time for that or to find out what would happen if I actually tried to listen / download / read. Anyway, they keep making attempts to charge my Apple Cash $24.99 at 2am , 4am, multiple times on multiple days. You cannot cancel through the app or website you have to send them a message or contact directly. My advice if you still want to try it out is to use a card that doesnāt have much money in it but at least $1 because they will charge that for the trial even though itās āfree.ā Scam.
