You’re going to need that…they hid the cancellation’link’ in the terms and conditions. It’s nowhere to be found in the account tab and they ignore your emails asking to cancel. I didn’t even have the app five minutes before I was looking to find how to cancel.

it’s so expensive trying to take £18 from my bank so i tried to cancel but can’t see where to cancel it from. when asked support i’ve received nothing back at all.

Go into a browser where you are logged in and type allyoucanbooks.com/cancel and then scroll down and confirm you want to cancel your sub. Then never make the mistake of signing up with them again. Nothing I downloaded worked and the book I tried to read on their online reader was literally just a long summary. Think I'll stick to audible.

I signed up for the free trial and realized they didn't have the book I wanted so I immediately cancelled. A month later I see a $35 charge...
When I reached out to customer service they were entirely unhelpful, I tried explaining my situation but they said they don't provide refunds as their policy. It's completely unreasonable to not provide a refund when something went wrong on their end!

Don’t bother! Do not download!! Get Audible instead
App is extremely clunky and hard to use. Not worth the money, most book listings are trash, zero customer service! Audible is way better and cheaper
Unresponsive Support and Unauthorized Charges
Do not download this app. I was charged $72 this month for a subscription I do not use. I have contacted support multiple times via email requesting cancellation and received no response. Despite this, they continue to charge me. Very frustrating experience and poor customer service.

Signed up for the free trial and quickly realized they don’t have any of the popular titles I was looking for. The catalog is very limited. There’s no clear cancellation option on the website or app, which is a huge red flag. The site is also not user friendly. Even the search bar is buried at the bottom of the page.
I tried to cancel by emailing the address their chatbot gave me, and the email bounced back. That’s honestly unacceptable.

DON’T DO THE TRIAL
First of all you can’t even type in to search books, you just have to “browse” aka scroll forever through their genres until you find one you like. I was looking for specifics so I didn’t have time for that or to find out what would happen if I actually tried to listen / download / read. Anyway, they keep making attempts to charge my Apple Cash $24.99 at 2am , 4am, multiple times on multiple days. You cannot cancel through the app or website you have to send them a message or contact directly. My advice if you still want to try it out is to use a card that doesn’t have much money in it but at least $1 because they will charge that for the trial even though it’s “free.” Scam.

literally had none of the books i was looking for, then tried to cancel my free trial, customer service did not reply, and there was no easy way of doing it. they have a link in their T&Nc for cancelling btw

The books are awful and they won’t accept requests to cancel. I emailed multiple times to cancel my subscription but am still being charged.

Do not use this app. You will never be able to listen to or read a book, they will not cancel your subscription and yet they will continue to take money every month that’s even more than what they advertise.
