I. Signed up for a free trial and they took money from my account and gave me a free trial. Usually atrial comes before taking someone’s payment. Then afterwards, nothing will play until I select a free trial again. I’m not doing that so they can charge me. I will contact apple regarding this!

I would give it a zero because they just robbed my uncle Micheal and all he wanted to do was reset his phone number they took his money and he couldn’t login to watch the shows he wanted to watch. Now they trying to charge my uncle again through this app but he got lawyers and we just screenshot this too so we can prove his case

This streaming service is bananas. They charge but then you can’t gain access to your account. You send proof after proof and still no response. You try to cancel but yet they still charge you. Unbelievable times are hard and if we still choose to support your business at least make things right in a decent amount of time.
