I. Signed up for a free trial and they took money from my account and gave me a free trial. Usually atrial comes before taking someone’s payment. Then afterwards, nothing will play until I select a free trial again. I’m not doing that so they can charge me. I will contact apple regarding this!

Now they trying to charge my uncle again through this app but he got lawyers and we just screenshot this too so we can prove his case

This streaming service is bananas. They charge but then you can’t gain access to your account. You send proof after proof and still no response. You try to cancel but yet they still charge you. Unbelievable times are hard and if we still choose to support your business at least make things right in a decent amount of time.

I purchased this app to watch one show. I was able to watch the 1st episode but after that no other videos will play. Not able to get any help.

I have tried to delete the ENTIRE ACCOUNT to no avail! You have to email them. Can you believe that?! I have already canceled my subscription, and 2 weeks after I canceled they are STILL trying to charge me. I will NEVER subscribe to allblk again!

Keeps doubling audio track in app
Disappointing to try to watch shows when the audio track keeps looping on itself. The only way to fix the issue is to close the app and then reopen often losing the spot in the show.
Too many bugs.
App just shuts down randomly while you are watching it and then sometimes it plays the sound of the show over the so show so it’s a terrible echo THEN sometimes when I cut the app off it still plays with out even being on. Please make it better cus I really do enjoy the content but these issues are not it.

Terrible app
I can never play shows on my Roku tv. I always have to play them on my phone and stream it to my tv. Also I just renewed my subscription again and it’s telling me I don’t have a subscription so I can’t watch anything. I have used this app off and on for years and it’s been terrible and difficult to use the entire time.

I hate this app
The display is unattractive in the app for one for two there isn’t any comment section on there which often a lot of streaming apps have for three I hate that while I’m streaming it from my phone to the TV the app, glitches and disconnects and restart the whole episode I hate it. I wish that the TV shows that I wanted to watch was not on this stupid app.

Unacceptable customer service
I need to cancel my account and on the web it says to use your app. On my phone app it says to use the web. It should not be this hard to cancel. I used their messaging system on their contact us page and it says their hours are 12pm-12am. This is ridiculous!!!!

It’s actually some good movies and tv shows worth watching! The ideal of showing things of our culture with a mixture of different genres minus the tradition of just drama tv shows is a plus in my book!

Paid 6.99 for a subscription to watch Toya & Reginae & it won’t work, keeps asking me to pay again. Money has already came out of my account, & I still have no access to watch anything.

I canceled this subscription some months ago, yet I see that the app has still been taking money from my account. Now that I’m trying to cancel my subscription again, it says go to the app to cancel. I go to the app to cancel and the app says go to the website. How do I cancel for good?!
