I purchased stars by the app, the money was discounted from my apple wallet and the stars where never charged in the app. I could not vote. And I keep trying to get an explanation or help with the check charging bottom but does not work . I lose my money

Bro this app is so frustrating. It doesn’t even let me sign in so that I can get hearts to vote… how am I supposed to vote when I can’t even charge my votes… Also, whenever it asks me for verification, it doesn’t even send the codes to my socials. It makes no sense; now I know why the reviews are bad LOL. Anyways, this app is honestly a waste of time.

This is the worst voting app I've ever encountered. It feels unfinished and has not shown any signs of improvement. The user interface is cumbersome, and the functionality leaves much to be desired. In the end, I decided to delete the app.

Asks you so much personal information, then makes you login to YouTube through their app… then the ads are like 2 minutes long each and barely give anything IF you are lucky enough to get any ads that day in the first place. What is this garbage.
HORRIBLE
Like everyone else has already said it’s a horrible app, it malfunctions all the time. I could’ve done a better job developing it and I don’t even know how to develop apps that’s how bad it is. It doesn’t give you the rewards when you’ve watched the ads so that’s very unfair and infuriating.
Worst app
If I could rate this with negative stars, I would. I didn’t think there could be a worse and more money-hungry app than Fan N Star — and there isn’t, this is just a close second — but this is plain awful. Ads don’t award you hearts more than half the time, and you have to be in Korea to get more than the bare minimum — and even then, it may say you’ve already participated even if you haven’t. I can’t believe Music Bank switched from Mubeat to h to this piece of garbage.

Ads don’t always work
When I collected the 1st time I was able to receive hearts but now I can’t if i follow the Instagram accounts that connect it does nothing with adding votes and is also freezes up I have to close the app completely and go back in to check if anything happens and it still comes up showing the follow Instagram account

Payment Option Disappeared When Tried to Vote
Was using the app to vote for Music Bank but suddenly the payment option to buy the vote is NOT showing up on the screen. How do I fix this annoying issue because I am no longer able to vote!
Awful app
I tried every method I could to get free hearts but ultimately end up with nothing. Waited until KST midnight to do the YT ad watch ones, nothing. The subscribing to a channel one? Nothing. It’s new sure, but it’s super glitchy and buggy. Awful transition from their old app.
Either the app is broken for me or the adds are bad?
I had only one sort of add, when i clicked this add it opened the youtube app and showed me the video. I couldn’t pause it or do anything. It was like the screen was freezing but still the screen was in motion. I changed my language to English but it still wasnt doing anything unless i translated it myself. I couldn’t vote, get any hearts, and even watch the adds properly. I hope you could have this issue fixed or if this is a problem with the app?

Not user-friendly at all
I'm currently trying to use this app to vote for Music Bank and it seems like it's unfinished. The English language option is not complete and the directions for gathering voting hearts are still in Korean, so it's hard for me to understand what I need to do. The app is also quite laggy and frustrating to use. The previous voting app for Music Bank was much more user-friendly.
