Awful at paying back receipts
They consistently deny my receipts for copays, medications and procedures. They often accept one one month and deny(ask for info) the following month for the same amount. All too often they wait to deny things so I then have to spend a large amount of time getting ahold of doctors etc for invoices.

This app is very user friendly. Submitting a claim for reimbursement was very easy and took only a few minutes.

Don’t understand why mainstream meds like Tylenol etc. reimbursed w-o questions but things like probiotics anything herbal other things that actually better for you than some nasty mainstream meds are not reimbursable and require additional documentation.

You will never get your cards
My address is correct in my work system and I get stuff from work but for some reason I can’t get my Hsa cards. I can’t use the card in my apple wallet without a pin so for the last 3 months I’ve been paying out of pocket for everything. This company is a joke!!!!!!

They refuse to pay.
My claims continue to be denied despite all of the required documentation. This includes doctor visits, doctor’s notes, prescriptions, and hospital stays. This is the worst FSA company I’ve ever had in my 25 years of being employed!

Credit card no longer works at turnstile via apple wallet. Hello! Make a card with chip!! Now have to reimburse myself each month and upload countless receipts-sooooo annoying!
