Same as others the app won’t work as confirmation code never gets sent. Can’t use a single one of these taxi apps. Same every time

I really wanted to move away from other taxi apps and downloaded this one only to experience the same issue as other reviews, no confirmation received so cannot use the app. Sorry but it’s 1 star at this time
App won’t send confirmation code so can’t use it
The app installs but requires a confirmation code that it tezt to the user. It doesn’t send the code though. I requested a new code a few hours later but again doesn’t send a code. I uninstalled the app and re-installed and tried again but made no difference - still no code. The app is effectively useless.

Cant even get onto the app
This is the second time i have tried to install this app to use and both times i cant even get past the sign up stage. I am supposed to receive a verification code when entering my phone number which will allow me to sign up. But nope i never receive one.
I know its not my phone thats the issue because i am receiving verification codes from many other apps. Extremely frustrating, i want to book taxis in advance with this app but i am not able to use it.
