Spam notifications
They have started sending spam notifications on a daily basis
Pick up address confusion
I never book using the blue dot on the map as the pick up location - always select the full address from the list with full postcode. When the booking is accepted the driver just sees a geo-location that no-one understands and usually ends up ringing to say "where are you?!" Why not transmit the full booking details to them?
