Absolute game changer!
I’ve been using this for a few months and it’s been a game changer. The scanner picks things up instantly and has made my life so much easier
Incorrect translation
I have just input my daughter's allergies and viewed the allergy card. In English it is correct as she has a Pine nut allergy when I translate it to French it says she is allergic to Ananas - which is pineapple. If I didn't know basic French I wouldn't have thought to check this! It is very dangerous to have incorrect translations how can I trust your app fully when it is a matter of life threatening allergies. I can genuinely see how great this could be if it worked but now I can not trust its functionality 😢

Thank you! This app has been such a help in managing my daughter's allergies. It lets me keep all her hospital documents organised in one place, and the Reaction Diary has been so helpful for tracking her eczema flare-ups as we have introduced baked milk into her diet. Having everything ready for our next appointment is so handy.
My daughter also loves using the ingredient scanner when we’re shopping,it's making her more aware of food labels and giving her a sense of independence, which I am thrilled about!

I downloaded this purely for the feature to alert my family incase of an emergency reaction but I can easily see myself using the other features!

Just downloaded this to see what functionality it has. Looks like it could be helpful with some imporvements.
Would be great if it would allow entry of allergens outside the top 14 (many people have these allergies now!) so that the allergen card function could be accurate for each user. Hospital and pharmacy finder didn’t seem to work/ it’s not clear what you’re supposed to search on (is it postcode? Is it town?) Also would be useful to change reference to Epipen as that’s a brand name (adrenaline pen/adrenaline auto injector would be more universal as not everyone is prescribed Epipen brand.)

This app has been a total game changer for us! Our daughter has a serious egg allergy and figuring out whats safe to eat can be super stressful but this makes it wayyyy easier!
