Hello, we are so sorry you are experiencing issues with the login process. Please reach out to us at info@aerobiology.ca and we will make sure to fix this. We just launched a new update to fix some login issues users were experiencing and that may fix the issue you are having. Do you have version 7.0.0. This fixed most common issues with the login feature. We will make this right please email us at info@aerobiology.ca. We would like to help.

Hello Justin, Thank you so much for your feedback. We actually do offer a free version of the app. You just need to create an account and then hit the Continue without Subscription button at the bottom of the logon screen. The free version will tell you the total trees, weeds, grasses and outdoor molds in the air for today and the next 4 days Unfortunately as a company that receives no government funding to provide critical health data and forecasts for allergy sufferers across Canada we have to charge a fee to access the individual forecasts of over 70 different pollen and spore types. We are the only company in Canada that collects daily air samples across Canada analyzes all pollen and spores in the air and then develops data driven forecasts that are on average 80% accurate over the season.
