Grass pollen forecasted as “None” in late-May? Yeah right

Please fix your app. I can’t take every other app either lumping everything together into a useless “Pollen” value when I’m only allergic to grass. It seems like my only options now are antihistamine marketing sites that use questionable foreign data sources 🫠 please I want to pay for a working accurate grass pollen data so I can actually work around my debilitating allergy without being a completely miserable shut-in for the entire start of summer 🤧

Can’t use google or apple logins

“Handler for the route is invalid” error if you try to login using google or apple.

We just launched a new update to fix some login issues users were experiencing and that may fix the issue you are having. Do you have version 7.0.0. 5 day forecasts for all pollen types-amazing

I have not seen another app in Canada that has pollen forecasts for individual pollen levels. This is great and push notifications too.

No free version

You need to make an account with your name and email. After that they ask you to pay $15 a year. If you don’t pay, the app does not work. Waste of time and predatory practices.

Hello Justin, Thank you so much for your feedback. We actually do offer a free version of the app. You just need to create an account and then hit the Continue without Subscription button at the bottom of the logon screen. The free version will tell you the total trees, weeds, grasses and outdoor molds in the air for today and the next 4 days Unfortunately as a company that receives no government funding to provide critical health data and forecasts for allergy sufferers across Canada we have to charge a fee to access the individual forecasts of over 70 different pollen and spore types. We are the only company in Canada that collects daily air samples across Canada analyzes all pollen and spores in the air and then develops data driven forecasts that are on average 80% accurate over the season. Thank goodness this exists! After struggling for FOREVER to find ANY data on pollen in my area, for some reason every source just says “no data” - I stumbled across this handy app, love that there is a free option offering less but still insightful data as well as a cost effective option to subscribe to see more data points and reports.

Awesome App!

We love this app and use it on a daily basis. It is user friendly and provides all the info needed to deal with our allergies. Also appreciate the ability to track symptoms and meds all within.

Great app!

This app is great to show the pollen each day before starting the day! Helps me know if I should pack my allergy medicine for the day. The grass is my favourite as I struggle most with my allergies to that.

The only reliable source for real allergen levels in Canada

With other mainstream weather apps showing completely wrong pollen information for the last couple years, I thought I was going crazy. After some research, I learned that the allergy sufferers app is now the only source for real pollen data collected daily across Canada. Most other weather apps are now using cheap AI models to guess at the pollen levels and that has made those other apps completely unreliable.
This is now my go-to app for keeping myself and my family prepared during allergy seasons.
