Clock In Control gets locked out. Options don’t allow changes and system looks complicated even though the buttons are clear they don’t perform tasks.
Horrible app
This app sucks. Big time . It’s been nothing but trouble since day one. Would not recommend it to anyone . Unless you don’t mind doing the timesheet over and over again, and then receiving. Call from management/ HR that they haven’t received the timesheet. Or worse your helpers hours are in but yours are not.

GREAT Customer Service Agents
I rarely write reviews on any type of app. I haven’t done this in years, but I just had to write a review on this app for AllGeo because they have some of the best customer service agents.
I had an issue where I couldn’t delete a temporary account on the FREE TRIAL period and they were able to resolve it immediately - and provided me with an even GREATER solution the I could ask for.
They’re timely, respectful and very prompt. They all need raises!

Luckily this app is crappy enough to only work 50% of the time. I know it’s more on companies for requiring it, but just the fact that developers stoop to this level to make stuff like this is depressing.

Not worth it
Like the title says not worth it but my company insist that it’s working fine, 1st day using it and it drained 65% of my battery in just an 1 1/2 after set up and causes my battery to get hot, using it on iPhone 13 pro.

Company employee management becomes really easy and tracking can be done with the apps features also.

The entire support team has been wonderful to work with! We have been using this system for about a month now to track our field managers and to be able to instantly provide our customers with real time information on visits to their site. Priyanka along with the rest of the support team has been wonderful in working with providing us with custom features and most importantly, with walking us through the steps on how to better utilize the system to our advantage and for our specific needs. Pain in the Ass
My company started using this to assist in tracking for mileage. It is constantly going “offline.” When it works, it works. However, it will decide to stop working for extended periods and then several days later start working again with no change in using it. Do NOT recommend for consistent tracking

Not capturing actual mileage
I have been using this app as of 8/5/19 per company policy and it’s failed to capture mileage as compared to my vacuole odometer. There is an average of minimum 2 miles to 12 miles missing on work week usage and randomly once a week will track a 2-3 mile gain which did not happen.
