App says try again no connection!

Try to check pay stubs and keeps saying no connection

Faulty App

I have reviewed all prompts from my employer to download this app, how to log in, and navigate and I still cannot access my pay stubs. Even the online version of this app on safari is horrible. Having apple products like a phone or iPad it’s not user friendly and has the user switch to a desktop version while on the browser. If I could give half a star to none I would.
