Miter Problems
My experience with Miter has been extremely disappointing. The reports almost never work the way they’re supposed to, which makes routine payroll and compliance tasks take far longer than they should. What’s even worse is the decline is customer support. There used to be a somewhat helpful live chat, but now you’re forced to submit a ticket and wait DAYS for someone to respond. And when a reply finally comes, it’s almost always the same “I will have to escalate this to our engineers.”
Nothing ever seems to get resolved on the first try, the follow-through is inconsistent, and basic features break without any urgency from the support team to fix them. For a platform that claims to streamline operations, it’s become the opposite - slow, frustrating, and unreliable. I would not recommend Miter in its current state.

Get rid of number dial to select time.
That dial is the dumbest feature of this app. Add an option to physically type in the time instead of using a number dial.
Great app that gets the job done
My team has a great experience using the Miter app. When there are issues, the team usually fixes them quickly. I like how simple the time clock is to use.
