If I could leave zero stars I would. The app crashes all the time. The app takes the longest to clock in and out. Overall it’s not a good app I would say. You can keep it up to date but it still will crash.

Absolute slowest, buggiest, garbage app on the whole store. Cant ever check hours, paychecks or do anything without it crashing and making my entire device go slow. This thing is absolutely pathetic and enraging

At the end of an 11 hour shift, I open Miter and cruise through my daily timesheet because it’s simple yet thorough.
Completely awful
Takes you 5-10 minutes to clock in, and good luck clocking out. It will crash 100 times before you can clock out.
Search function doesn’t work
Glitchy app that can’t even search thru your timesheets. We’re in 2026 cmon now let’s grow up a little
This App is a bug riddle nightmare.
It takes me 30+ minutes to try to clock in. It wastes my time. I keep it up to date every time there’s a new release and have the latest iOS. The only description to their release is that it’s bug fixes and improvements. That is a lie. It’s the most unstable application I’ve ever been forced to use. Fix your app.

Always something with this app
As of the most recent update to the app as I’m writing this review, when doing expenses via cell phone the keyboard blocks the description you’re typing so you can’t see what’s being typed. Also, receipt images is now on the top. Feels like every other week we have to relearn where everything is on the app and it just gets more and more complicated. As of now I would not recommend this to anyone due to what is above as well as network errors, constant changes, overall disappointing application from a user standpoint.

Gets the job done
Simple and easy to use app for the field
Easy to navigate
The app is really easy to navigate compared to other apps the company I work for used. My pay, hours, stubs, etc is all there on the front page I have nothing to complain about honestly. Never had issues clocking in or out.

This app is complete useless, every time I open the app it fails and crashes closes by itself, I try loading up a page guess what it freezes and proceeds to close the app very frustrating
Great App with Good Updates
Been using the Miter app for several months. I’ve used other payroll apps, and this one is easily the best. Regular updates are released and they actually make the app better and faster. Overall very impressed!
Create time sheet does not work from MacBook
The new update has bugs. If using a MacBook you cannot enter your timesheet because it does not allow for adjustment of clocking date or time so now I have to enter all my time using my phone. Pretty disappointing.

How are you gonna drop multiple updates that do nothing while still have a search function that doesn’t work. THE SEARCH BAR DOESNT WORK lmfaooooo

Miter Problems
My experience with Miter has been extremely disappointing. The reports almost never work the way they’re supposed to, which makes routine payroll and compliance tasks take far longer than they should. What’s even worse is the decline is customer support. There used to be a somewhat helpful live chat, but now you’re forced to submit a ticket and wait DAYS for someone to respond. And when a reply finally comes, it’s almost always the same “I will have to escalate this to our engineers.”
Nothing ever seems to get resolved on the first try, the follow-through is inconsistent, and basic features break without any urgency from the support team to fix them. For a platform that claims to streamline operations, it’s become the opposite - slow, frustrating, and unreliable. I would not recommend Miter in its current state.

Get rid of number dial to select time.
That dial is the dumbest feature of this app. Add an option to physically type in the time instead of using a number dial.
Great app that gets the job done
My team has a great experience using the Miter app. When there are issues, the team usually fixes them quickly. I like how simple the time clock is to use.
