Service needs serious improvement
I have had this app only because it is what the company I works for uses. The system constantly will not sync in a timely manner, take prolonged amount of time to process, or simply will not process the request. I tried to submit an expense report and had to get tech help to find it. It had chosen to delete my request instead of process. Then it deleted the pictures that I had attached. I was asked to log out, delete the app and re-install. That was a terrible idea as I am now kicked out of the system along with half our company. They really should invest in some better technology to improve this app.
