Receipt Sync Horrible
We have tried for years to hope that hh2 would finally resolve the sync challenges. Between the unintuitiveness of the workflow and the sync issues, it is exhausting to deal with.

Not sure how this app received 4.4, I’ve had nothing but problems with it the past three years and this morning trying to update the stupid thing, and now it won’t open.
Lack luster
I literally have to delete and reinstall the app every couple of days. It has done nothing but cost me additional time and effort. Opening service tickets renders little help just the same response of delete and reinstall.
Getting worse
The app seems to have problems with receipt uploading and coding. Not sure how it works with accounting integration but from a field use perspective it is not user friendly and has too many issues. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. We have been using it for a few years now and it seems to be getting worse. You would think that over time they would be improving.
