Receipt Sync Horrible
We have tried for years to hope that hh2 would finally resolve the sync challenges. Between the unintuitiveness of the workflow and the sync issues, it is exhausting to deal with.

Not sure how this app received 4.4, I’ve had nothing but problems with it the past three years and this morning trying to update the stupid thing, and now it won’t open.
Lack luster
I literally have to delete and reinstall the app every couple of days. It has done nothing but cost me additional time and effort. Opening service tickets renders little help just the same response of delete and reinstall.
Getting worse
The app seems to have problems with receipt uploading and coding. Not sure how it works with accounting integration but from a field use perspective it is not user friendly and has too many issues. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. We have been using it for a few years now and it seems to be getting worse. You would think that over time they would be improving.

Receipt upload
Purchasing lots of materials for construction site. I’ll spend an hour uploading receipts just for them to get deleted. My company is now looking for a new program. Steer clear, the website is very clunky too
Terrible app
Glitching and never gets updated.
Meh
Receipt uploading is too inconsistent. I go through the same process every time. Sometimes receipts save properly, other times not. 50/50. If I didn’t screenshot every upload as additional proof to compensate for program issues, I’d be getting my company card taken away for too many missing/lost receipts.

The document flow needs to be correct. I am having so many issues it is scary!
Customized field order
It would be nice if the user could customized the order in which the fields are arranged. For example the job number should be above cost code
Effective and efficient
Great to add receipts and be reimbursed quickly!
