Nice app that allows me to most of my banking by phone. I have a convenient motor bank close by as well. Alliance has very polite and knowledgeable employees who are very helpful with banking concerns.

It would be better if when you used the bill pay feature: as you are paying bills there was a total amount available for pending or scheduled ltransactions. It use to be there and now it’s not. I’m trying to send a review but I can’t because all the nick names are taken—frustrating! Can’t even use my initials So if I rate you 5 stars it will send, anything less You have to have a nick name? Why

Love the app!
Originally I didn’t want to use a banking app on my phone. Well, I decided to try it and have never looked back. I’ve never had any problems. The convenience of being able to monitor my account anytime and anywhere is great.
App rarely works
80% of the time I use the app, it doesn’t show my account and no reason has been given on why. Really annoying to not be able to check balance given the branches extremely limited open hours as well.

Not User Friendly, Not Intuitive, Outdated Look and Feel
This is a really bare bones outdated app. It’s like it is stuck in the past. The layout is not intuitive at all. Old school. Latest “Update” is nothing but gimmicks, no real new functionality. Alliance Bank is lame! Instead of “sweet spot” their App is the “bottom spot”.

It gets the job done but not as current to today’s technologies and integrations like zelle or larger bank apps. Seems to be 5 - 10 years behind the major competitors. But alliance as a bank is 5 star. This review is strictly measuring the app it’s self.
