The game used to have seasonal challenges that were fun and rewarding, but those stopped in 2021. Since then, regular game play, weekly battles and the puzzles which drew most people to the game have been incredibly buggy and frustrating. Numerous tickets remain unresolved. Need to Fix
Game has become trash. The developers donāt care about this game. We are losing our accounts some how we can not do battlefield anymore. It will not let us join no matter if we delete the game or restart it.

I love this game. Everyone that is still playing this game loves this game & will not stop playing despite some of the people giving bad reviews because they are impatient with customer service. I guarantee you those players are still playing & playing with multiple accounts. Give it a try. Itās competitive & fun. The game is great & the players even more so.

In game support is non existent, money is the name of this game. Itās very buggy, laggy, blue circle of death all day every day. Expensive to upgrade your equipment, building, heroes. They canāt get events like arena to run properly, wrong final results, no support even when given screenshots to back up wrong decisions. Give this game a miss. My game Iād is 1321129

The game itself is destroyed by cheating. With no repercussions whatsoever. Multiple servers destroyed by the same person creating endless bots and alliances. Iāve reported racist abuse on the world chat multiple times to no avail. Literally, no response.

Game ruined by cheats
Been playing this for past year and it would be great however one particular player across multiple servers creates bot armies and multiple alliances. Effectively ruining the game experience for others. This cheating continues as developers fail to do anything about it even with multiple complaints for a number of players. Disappointing really as simple action would stop players from leaving the game

Fun but my last game ended abruptly
I really like this game but my last game ended abruptly and I had to start from scratch. Itās so sad.
Needs update
The game is has a lot of potential. Been playing for over a year. Play it every day. The developers need to add more levels, puzzles, monsters, dimensions, challenges, and fix the battlefield glitches.

Loads and just freezes
Tried multiple times and deleted and reinstall tried with different internet connections but same problem would have loved to play sad no way to get help with this issue.

This used to be a great game. It was good and not very hard to be able to develop your character into a powerful monarch. Now it takes ages to be able to progress in the game. New players emerge but it is so hard for them to build their monarch they get bored and never return. If i was starting this game today i would not last a week.

Poor Game and Horrendous Support
DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME I give it one star as 0 or negative stars unavailable. Do not play this game if you want to retain your sanity or your bank balance. I played this game and invested quite heavily in it paying for many in app purchases. That was my biggest mistake. This game is full of bugs and support are worse than a joke. They just palm you off with platitudes and the developers do next to nothing. They either donāt care or are incompetent. I have my opinion as to which one it is. The game is full of alt accounts on all servers with one specific player being the worst offender. This is totally against game rules, as specified by the developers but this is ignored completely by him and he is destroying the server gameplay bu cheating. The changes that the developers make are rough and out of proportion. They nerfed all of the paid for only āheroesā so much that they are useless. Thatās after paying over Ā£500 for them. They have also nerfed the better heroes so that they are not really worth using anymore. The most recent update skewed troops usage so much that itās not worth having heroes. They of course only nerf heroes once a few people have paid good money to get them upgraded so have made their money off of them by then. I will NEVER download a Top Games app again as for me they are useless and money grabbing. Their product is poor and most definitely worth avoiding. Played the game for many months and their development was poor. A good example is their puzzles. They have had the same ones for all of this time even although the nee ones are advertised as ācoming soonā. They never appeared. Shoddy in the extreme. They are also talking that they are working on a server merge. Thatās a joke. It would be impossible to merge all the servers as there are now literally hundreds and hundreds of alts owned by just a few non paying players and it would be mayhem. They are just saying that they are going to do it to try and placate and string along all the decent paying players to make more money out of them. Total joke. Do yourself a favour, DONāT DOWNLOAD THIS RUBBISH. The reality is this is just absolute nonsense. Total and utter incompetence. Server 9 is almost totally finished now thanks to the player allowed to develop hundreds upon hundreds of alt players after being expressly told not to. He has done this on several of the servers. By the way his directly quoted as saying he wants to destroy servers. Heās managed. Do not believe any of the garbage in this app prĆ©cis. It absolute garbage and please please donāt spend a penny on it. Iāve spent thousands on it and I really wish I hadnāt. All the developers want is your cash. DONāT TOUCH ANY TOP GAMES PRODUCTS. Their āpuzzlesā which bear no resemblance to the app page, have 7 regions. 3 of them are populated and 4 are still ācoming soonā. This has been the case since I joined the game probably 8 months ago. This is server 9. Does this show a vibrant developer team behind the game or does this lead you to believe that Top Games are a one man band sitting in his pants in their parents basement trying to make people think they are a decent company. I know which one I think it is. 4/10/21 A quick update. Server 10 now open. DO NOT TOUCH IT WITH A BARGE POLE. Itās already FULL of hundreds of alts. Youāll get nowhere even if you spend cash. This is the server youāll go to first if youāve not played the game before. Avoid it like the plague. Devs still sitting in their underwear in their parents basement collecting all the hard earned cash from mugs like us. Despite the platitudes you can see from support in early September in answer to this review the game hasnāt moved on any. No more puzzles which have been coming soon for over a year. Donāt know what their definition of āsoonā is. 5 Years? Top Games donāt talk to me at all now and wonāt answer any queries. The game still has many bugs. Their āBattlefieldā which is the inter-server weekly event hasnāt worked for the last two weeks now. Their gold standard event isnāt worth a jot. Typical of Top Games.

An alliance called REB has created an ac and surrounded it with 40 alt accounts and bubbled them which means they are creating ac that canāt be stopped by cheating. Contacted support who are not interested. This alliance was originally set up by a non paying player named King George who explicitly stated he wanted to destroy the server and he created literally hundreds of accounts. He is also on server 6 creating hundreds of alt accounts. Devs are totally incompetent or are choosing to allow the behaviour but it is destroying everybody elseās game play. I have photographic proof of this practice.
