The game used to be good. getting back into the game now is just not fun at all. i get to spend one day a week attacking bases to get to the next league and then have to wait a week in order to get more trophies. i was inactive for a long time so im a really low rank (barbarian 3) as a town hall 10. let me grind again because i could probably get to master in a day

Just disappointment.
If you delete the game to clear space. Account gone. If you don’t use your account for a couple months or years. Account deleted. I’ve had the same account since I started playing 10 plus years ago. Logged in today and it’s all gone forever. They claim they have “no record of my account” but I still have purchase receipts dating back to 2015 on THE SAME ACCOUNT. Ruined my day, week, and year. Literally any other game is better than investing all this time into this game and years later nothing to show for it. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Not receiving hero level progression loot
From both my accounts it will say no longer available when I get to the hero level milestone. But i will not receive any loot. Please fix it I am missing out on valuable resources

Overcharged, customer service ignore me when reported, you didn't answer my question about this issue you act like it's some type of problem with my phone, but that's not what happened .... I don't need a copy and paste a generic response on how to reinstall the app that has nothing to do with this issue ... during the 2026 "July 8-22, Goblin Researcher for only 1 Gem " event, I was charged more than 1 gem to upgrade, I was charged almost 300 gems, I think it happened on July 13, 2026 Tuesday to do the upgrade for supercharging the fire spitter, I was overcharged gems and I should be refunded
