The game used to be good. getting back into the game now is just not fun at all. i get to spend one day a week attacking bases to get to the next league and then have to wait a week in order to get more trophies. i was inactive for a long time so im a really low rank (barbarian 3) as a town hall 10. let me grind again because i could probably get to master in a day

Just disappointment.
If you delete the game to clear space. Account gone. If you don’t use your account for a couple months or years. Account deleted. I’ve had the same account since I started playing 10 plus years ago. Logged in today and it’s all gone forever. They claim they have “no record of my account” but I still have purchase receipts dating back to 2015 on THE SAME ACCOUNT. Ruined my day, week, and year. Literally any other game is better than investing all this time into this game and years later nothing to show for it. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Not receiving hero level progression loot
From both my accounts it will say no longer available when I get to the hero level milestone. But i will not receive any loot. Please fix it I am missing out on valuable resources

Overcharged, customer service ignore me when reported, you didn't answer my question about this issue you act like it's some type of problem with my phone, but that's not what happened .... I don't need a copy and paste a generic response on how to reinstall the app that has nothing to do with this issue ... during the 2026 "July 8-22, Goblin Researcher for only 1 Gem " event, I was charged more than 1 gem to upgrade, I was charged almost 300 gems, I think it happened on July 13, 2026 Tuesday to do the upgrade for supercharging the fire spitter, I was overcharged gems and I should be refunded

Fun but one problem
It’s very fun it’s just that in builder base every time I attack I also get attacked.But it’s someone that already makes out the game making it impossible for me to reach 1000 builder base trophies.PLEASE FIX THIS

It was a great game
It’s changed from a passive easy going game to help me wind down to a competitive essentially pay for everything game. I didn’t mind the monthly subscription but that increase, the number of points for rewards increased, and the number of monthly pay for events also increased. It’s becoming too much, after all I do have a full time job. It’s just not like what it used to be unfortunately.

I’ve been playing since 2021 always been a great game
Not as good as
Used to be good in its prime but as an adult I play and gain a bunch of stuff and when I wake up the next morning everything is just gone I haven’t been able to upgrade anything in over a year. Plus when I’m attacked the option to get revenge is no longer an option thx for th years of fun but I don’t have time to grind this game 24/7

Fix the percentage of battles sorry but if 90% is one star to you… then we shouldn’t be adding updates and new events fix your game 😐 anything over 70% and 1 star is actually insane

I complete my attack in ranked 3 stars the opponent, then AFTER i complete the attack i get a reconnect prompt and in battle log it says i got 0 stars even though the star bonus updated and correctly gave me my 3 stars and i cant rank up because of i have to wait a whole week for the new ranked week and hope that this bug doesn’t happen again.

There has been no updates in the clan castle part of the game which impacts quite a number of other areas and also makes the clan castle irrelevant, it was an enjoyable part of the game

NO HELP and NO SUPPORT
Made an account 10yrs ago. Lost my log in details. So when i needed to log back in had to contact help and support. Took awhile but understandable. Makes me feel like supercell do care about its customers security. And finally got access to my account again. Good job guys. Here’s to another 10 years of clashing
