Disappointed

Purchased the gold membership for $50 CAN to have access to record backdated triggers and there appears to be no way to do that (only backdated food & drink). App is glitchy with poor graphics. I emailed support with no response. I regret spending the $$ and feel stupid.

Not very good

What a waste of money! I subscribed for a year but very quickly realised that this is a terrible app and I challenge how good it is at detecting food based allergies or intolerances. The UI is clunky and all food input is manual with no breakdown of content. Most food based apps use a food database. Stopped using after 30 hours - what a waste of money!

Extremely buggy and absolutely disappointing

It seems I just wasted a lot of money on an app that doesn’t work properly. It’s missing basic features, it crashes when doing simple tasks, there are buttons that don’t activate, and the display doesn’t fit on the screen correctly… That’s only what I’ve noticed so far. I imagine there are additional issues.

I love the idea of it, but I’m really sad that this is the product I just paid a huge amount of money for. I don’t think it’s fair to charge so much for an app that doesn’t function well.

Didn’t really work, charged full price

I thought I was doing a trial and it charged me full price. Then I tried to reset the app because I wasn’t sure if it was working correctly and it went back to the default setting and I cannot login. I tried emailing customer service, and that came back as a not working address. I would not recommend this, as it did not really work, no thanks!

Can’t backdate entries

I paid £60 for the Gold subscription, which is supposed to allow you to backdate entries. It doesn’t allow you to do this with symptoms, as far as I can tell and the email I sent to the app’s support hasn’t been answered.

The Best Allergy App Out There

This is great news for people with allergies. Taking photos is an excellent idea and it is so easy to use. Love it!

Poor food database

Poor food database and other than tracking (by name, not dietary info) all other features need you to register for premium.

You have to pay to record symptoms

The reason I downloaded this app was to record symptoms, but this is a feature you have to pay to use. Not worth downloading if you want to track symptoms.

How do I unsubscribe

I got this thinking it was free how do I unsubscribe as soon as possible

Cancel subscription

How do I cancel this subscription please? Taken out 20 minutes ago for £9.99 which I thought was a one off payment. It would appear to be £9.99 per month! I cant afford this.
Please advise on cancellation and refund immediately.

Secondly - we totally get that £9.99 per month is a strong commitment. We did think long and hard about this and we truly believe it covers its costs to our users in the long run (as well as eventually covering all our development and ongoing costs). We think it's perhaps worth you considering - If you subscribe for a family, all members are included for the same rate. Also the annual fee works out to £5.83 per month. A 40% saving on the monthly subscription, if that makes it easier. Ultimately, with ongoing medical costs, travel costs ( to and from surgeries and hospitals etc), we really feel Premium saves money in the long term. It is designed so the time taken between your first symptoms and the initial and ongoing doctor/specialist diagnosis will be much shorter. This time saving has been proven in clinic with a leading UK NHS allergy specialist. Meanwhile we respect your decision if you wish to unsubscribe, and we hope you will still take advantage of our free Standard AlliApp. We are genuinely pleased to have heard from you (and for your great rating!). Barcode scanner doesn’t work.

As above.. tried to contact the developers and didn’t receive any response.

Our email provider was upgrading their system, making us unreachable so firstly let me apologise for not getting back to you sooner. Misleading

Filling out personal information to THEN be told its £14.99 a month!! shouldn't be allowed!

Great App

This allergy app helped me speed up my treatment considerably. The doctors weren’t listening before this but now they can see what’s going on and see what’s most likely to cause the issues I’m experiencing.

Great solution

This app is great! I’m able to save all foods and symptoms and make a pictures of meals and skin problems all in one app. It also records mood and appointments and I can add own notes. So helpful! Thank you for creating this tool.

No scanner, no premium, no support.

The scanner didn’t pickup any barcodes, I subscribed to premium but the features remained locked. I emailed support and they didn’t respond.

That’s just my experience of the app.

Indelible app. Highly recommended if you are looking to identify the causes of your allergies! Only way the doctor started taking me seriously!

Backdating?

Great app that allows me to track meals to determine what I can rule out as having caused a major allergic reaction. BUT unless I'm missing something there is no means to backdate meals - which would be incredibly useful as I'm sure I'm not the only one who might not be able to record the meal right when they are eating it!
