Extremely buggy and absolutely disappointing
I love the idea of it, but I’m really sad that this is the product I just paid a huge amount of money for. I don’t think it’s fair to charge so much for an app that doesn’t function well.

Secondly - we totally get that £9.99 per month is a strong commitment. We did think long and hard about this and we truly believe it covers its costs to our users in the long run (as well as eventually covering all our development and ongoing costs). We think it's perhaps worth you considering - If you subscribe for a family, all members are included for the same rate. Also the annual fee works out to £5.83 per month. A 40% saving on the monthly subscription, if that makes it easier. Ultimately, with ongoing medical costs, travel costs ( to and from surgeries and hospitals etc), we really feel Premium saves money in the long term. It is designed so the time taken between your first symptoms and the initial and ongoing doctor/specialist diagnosis will be much shorter. This time saving has been proven in clinic with a leading UK NHS allergy specialist. Meanwhile we respect your decision if you wish to unsubscribe, and we hope you will still take advantage of our free Standard AlliApp. We are genuinely pleased to have heard from you (and for your great rating!). Barcode scanner doesn’t work.

Hello SB, we have received your message about the AlliApp barcode scanner. Our email provider was upgrading their system, making us unreachable so firstly let me apologise for not getting back to you sooner. The scanner was only able to scan Tesco products and we have decided that until we have ironed this out, we will remove this feature from the app. We're here to help and in light of any inconvenience caused we're happy to facilitate personal feedback about your condition with one of the UK's leading NHS allergy and food intolerance doctors, if this would be of interest to you? So good you took the time to review AlliApp, thank you. AlliApp is free to use. We also offer a 14-day free trial on the Premium offer page: This upgrade is a monthly cost of £9.99 or £5.84 with a yearly subscription. Perhaps you missed the 'skip free trial' button on the Premium offer? We are making this clearer in our next update. We agree - £14.99 a month should not be allowed!
