Won’t update
Your app says that an update is required, but it’s not allowing my phone to update. I have an iPhone. I’m not sure if this is an iPhone issue or an app issue.
App needs updates to be usable
Several years after the launch of this app and the password field still won’t let you paste a password in. Which means I can’t use this app. My password is generated by a password manager and needs to be pasted. How did you even remove the ability to paste into the password field? That should just work…

No Face ID
This app would be a lot easier if it allowed you to use Face ID. It allowed it the first week, but after that, it keeps saying that it’s available to be turned on in the menu, but it is not. It is very difficult to type in a long complicated password every time to use the app. please fix!!
Can’t paste password.
For a bank to not have an app capable of either allowing a password manager to autofill or at the very least the capability of pasting a password in, is a complete disappointment.
Please for security sake please issue an update to address these issues.

Still no option to paste in a password. It’d be less of a problem if their biometric face recognition stuff actually worked. There’s an option to login using face recognition but NO WAY to actually set it up so that’s useless. Is this app ever going to get an update?
