Worst banking app and bank
This app is about and poor of an experience as it is to bank with InFirst. Logging in with saved passwords is broken and endlessly loops. Functionality is minimal. Need a payoff quote? Sorry, have to fill out a form. Need to make other changes? You guessed it, another form. It is embarrassing to see how archaic this is compared to other financial institutions. I am so glad to be done with this bank and hope to never deal with them again.

I don’t like the new app
I don’t like this app. I don’t like that it doesn’t save your credentials. I don’t like that I have to enter my account number to reset the password. The colors are awful, I feel like I’m playing a child’s banking game. It doesn’t feel user friendly, it’s not intuitive. The app went from horrible to bad so I guess that’s an improvement. But they still missed the mark. The online/app service is why infirst isn’t my pfi.
