Cleaner and easier to navigate
Took me a few weeks to get used to the new layout, but now that I know where everything is, I am enjoying this new app.
Broken on mobile
When I logged into this updated version, it forced me to change my password. Not only that, but it also changed my verification email and phone number to a different family member instead of mine (???) for no reason, which makes this whole thing even more annoying to deal with. To top it off, once I finally got my verification number in, the actual app interface is BROKEN on mobile. I went to change the email and phone number back to mine, but the interface literally does not work. The edit menu for email or phone numbers has a continue button that disappears beyond the screen, and there’s no scrolling to get to it. You have to kill the app if you want to escape this interface. This kind of bugginess is unacceptable in 2026, especially for a banking app - just stick with Navyfed.

Um what?
I’ve used the old app for decades, worked fine. New app? First time I tried to pay a visa bill I’ve paid for years - “unexpected error”, wait what???!!! 😡
New App is Awful
New App version riddled with bugs and removed many functional controls. The UI is much better now, but the user experience is a significant downgrade from previous app. For instance, you cannot manually categorize transactions anymore. Additionally, you both cannot get external accounts to properly link and display with your accounts and you no longer can link many financial institutions in general.

Stop. Pls FIX this
In Activity under Checking Account Details, where I have made a Transfer note it says “from [transfer note]”. This makes it look like a transfer into my account is from a business rather than a transaction from my savings account to my checking account. For example: “Transfer from Verizon Wireless” is ACTUALLY a transfer from my savings account to my checking account that I made for an upcoming Verizon auto-pay withdrawal and NOT a deposit or transfer from Verizon into my account!
For Transfers between accounts, please put the account the transfer is coming from on the Activity page ALONG WITH the memo I may have made for the transfer.
