Worst banking app and bank
This app is about and poor of an experience as it is to bank with InFirst. Logging in with saved passwords is broken and endlessly loops. Functionality is minimal. Need a payoff quote? Sorry, have to fill out a form. Need to make other changes? You guessed it, another form. It is embarrassing to see how archaic this is compared to other financial institutions. I am so glad to be done with this bank and hope to never deal with them again.

I don’t like the new app
I don’t like this app. I don’t like that it doesn’t save your credentials. I don’t like that I have to enter my account number to reset the password. The colors are awful, I feel like I’m playing a child’s banking game. It doesn’t feel user friendly, it’s not intuitive. The app went from horrible to bad so I guess that’s an improvement. But they still missed the mark. The online/app service is why infirst isn’t my pfi.

I like having it available. But there are definitely some features I feel that could be added like our full account number somewhere. Being able to transfer in house should possibly be easier.

Join a Credit Union!
The app works well and lets me make transactions, just like the big banks’ apps. I also can do mobile deposits, which is great! Best of all, InFirst FCU does not nickel and dime me with fees.

To view all transactions are very easy using the application.
App Presentation
The main screen of the app needs a cleaner presentation.
Particularly the weird “debit” placement in the middle of the screen wedged between Checking/savings and Visa.

I have dealt with quite a few banks and none of them compare to the customer service I get from InFirst. They go above and beyond to make sure I am well taken care of. That is the type of service I always have gotten with InFirst and I have no interest in doing banking anywhere else
