Every 3 months I have to go into a branch and change my password! Every time I try to sign on it doesn’t use my Face ID!

Bank of Botetourt makes mobile deposits easy as pie! The process is simple and using the automated system is an absolute delight!

That glitches in this app is very annoying. Bill Pay is unavailable half the time. It’s very frustrating.

I love the convenience of my banking app but often get frustrated with the password input. It would be nice if you had an option to view it before submitting it like so many other apps
