I like being able to look up my account and move money from savings to checking when needed. I like that on a Sunday night I can pay my bills right from my accounts

I’ve only used the mobile site to deposit a check and it is so easy.
Just snap the front with the photo and snap the back with the photo… Just seems very easy

Each time an update is made to the software it knocks out my other account, and that is extremely frustrating.
To explain when I go to switch user account I cannot access the other account!
Please fix this issue so as it doesn’t happen, and no one has to call to fix or visit a branch too, or making anyone fix on their own.
Next up why would I or anyone have to choose between transferring money to and from different accounts needing to pay or wait 3 days for the money to transfer. We sometimes do these transfers for reasons of convenience to budget and make certain to place our money for important purposes.
Then we have the over drafts that are not what it use to be- just charged whatever they feel like doing to us customers.
A friend left banking with Freedom First for this same reason. I think things should go back to the it was in 2012.
Since a lot of banking changes being made I’m sure people are thinking about making changes to their banking needs.
