Scam app trying to get your health data
I received an email asking to download the app to view test results. No test results. Sent email to help about test result, no response.
Does not work
I was told I needed this app in order to see my test results. I have spent days trying to get it to work with no success.
They do not have an online option so I can go to the web version and get my test results.
Customer Service sent me a completely convoluted fix that does not work and keep saying I have to wait 24 hours.
It has been several days now and I’m just asking them to close my account so they don’t have my data.
Feels scammy and grab for personal data.
I will be recommending to my Doctor, not to use this service going forward

Lacks Support
Don’t trust this app. They offer no support. They also have access to your medical info but never update your account.
Worthless
Do not depend on this app for your transplant healthcare! The app is inaccessible and will constantly quit on you after anywhere from a few seconds to a couple of minutes of use. If you need to edit an entry, it doesn’t let you. It is also almost completely inaccessible to those using screen readers. The company DOES NOT CARE about you or your kidney transplant. I have contacted them about the problems with this app and they just got hostile and said they weren’t going to fix it. It should be pulled from the App Store. Zero stars. Don’t waste your time.

App Crashes Constantly
I haven’t been able to open the app in 3 days. It keeps crashing. I’m afraid if I delete the app and reinstall it all my past data will be erased. I’m so frustrated with the app!
